Happy Friday, world!
I hope you’re still wearing green in defiance of the tundra that most of us are currently living in. We’re putting our foot down, winter! Next week is officially the beginning of spring, and I can’t wait for it to start feeling like it.
Stuff from this week:
One. First of all, I hope you did yourself and the world a favor by taking Mrs. Porter’s Second Grade Class Survey. They said they’re closing the survey today, so make sure you end up on the right side of history by taking it (you better answer the Pokémon question right, too!)
Two. This double chocolate banana bread is perfect for banishing cold-weather blues or if you want a relaxing weekend project that ends in chocolate and happiness.
Three. Why is this dang bar so hard to get into? Oh right, because it’s literally DECKED in cherry blossoms and old-school Mario decor. Until next time, Drink Company.
Four. I totally had a post written for this week’s What I’ve Learned Wednesday, and then all of a sudden it was 11PM and I realized most people are not reading my blog at 11 PM. It’s about podcasts, so here’s one of my favorites from this week to hold you over.
Five. One of my dearest friends has a birthday today, and she also has a pretty amazing blog. Go give her a follow (and wish her a happy birthday) on A Small Slice of Bri!
That’s all, folks! See you back here next week in warmer weather and higher spirits.
