I’ve had a lot on my mind this week, and a lot I’ve wanted to say (which may come in a later post) but to be honest, I have little to ANY energy left between this week’s food show (it’s as great as it sounds) and work. I decided to share a TED talk with you that I listened to earlier this week that left a mark on me, especially in anticipation of tonight’s debate and the upcoming election.
If you’re interested in more of my political banter on this blog, check out last week’s post here. Then take 12 minutes to hear some important ideas from the truly incredible Sayu Bhojwani.
Wishing you peace, love, and lots of rest!
